Youth Taekwondo

Our youth taekwondo and kickboxing classes are designed to help kids build confidence, strength, and discipline while having a blast. Whether your child is a beginner or an experienced martial artist, our classes are tailored to meet their needs and help them reach their full potential.


Beginner Tkd ages 3 to 5

Functional training based class for the early ages of Taekwondo. Our focus in this class is to have fun while teaching balance focus and Taekwondo Basics 


Taekwondo ages 6 to 11

Dives in to the technique of Taekwondo while incorporating more disciplined instruction time. Students learn hand blocking and striking. Kicking with balance and form.


Intermediate Taekwondo 

Is a big step up for all students. At this level we continue to develop the basic skills of a Taekwondo practitioner along with adding in Point sparing and Weapons. 


Advanced Taekwondo

Is for students training for more than 2 years. This class takes a more indepth look at all the students skills. More focus is applied to the small movements that separate a beginner for the advanced.

Taekwondo

Give the older students a class that really pushes them. It's an open rank class focused on covering more content for the older developed mind.

Kickboxing

is a competition based youth class covering all the skills needed to venture in the world of point kickboxing.  


They will learn the fundamentals of kickboxing, such as punching, kicking, blocking and footwork, in a fun and friendly atmosphere. They will also make new friends and boost their confidence and self-esteem. Whether your kids want to compete, get in shape or just have a blast, our youth kickboxing classes will help them reach their potential. Teen & Adult

Kickboxing

Allows the order students a chance to let loose and train hard. This is a high cardio completion class to develop fighters from the Point kicking boxing tournaments to full contact stand up fighting.


Are you bored of the same old gym workouts and looking for something new and exciting? Then our teen and adult kickboxing classes are exactly what you need! Kickboxing is a martial art that mixes punches, kicks, elbows and knees to create a dynamic and effective workout.
