Master Boyer began his studies in martial arts at the age of ten. At a young age, he was taken under the wing of Master Vern Vineyard. Master Vineyard taught Master Boyer many life lessons that after his passing were carried on through Master Boyer to his students.

I'm Angela and I've been at Boyer Academy for 9 years now. Being in taekwondo has really helped me, I'm a harsh critique of myself and being in taekwondo helps me to learn through the mistakes instead of being upset at myself for making a mistake.
Being at Boyer Academy has also helped me socially, I used to be really introverted, but being at Taekwondo has helped me as I get to communicate with all ages. I love teaching and sharing my knowledge to help the new members of the Boyer family grow in skills and confidence as well as good self discipline.
I also love to contribute to my community around me and volunteer with the Boyer family at different events. For my academics I love band and marching band at school, I enjoy playing the alto saxophone very much. I've been in NHS for all of my high-school and volunteering through that program has been fun too. I love my AP Literature and Composition class as well. When I graduate from high-school my plan is to go to college to become a English teacher.
Hi, I'm Riley, and I have been going to Boyer Academy since I was 8 years old. Now, at 17, I am a second degree black belt and will be testing for my third soon. Other than Taekwondo I compete and train in kickboxing, as well as race BMX.
I enjoy going to the gym, playing games, going outside, and doing anything artsy/crafty. My biggest accomplishment would be losing almost 50 pounds and getting accepted to my dream college, Missouri S&T. Aside from all of that, the thing I love the most is teaching classes/helping people.
